At “Spyrou Hospitality Group” we assure you that if you book your room through our Online Booking System, you always take advantage of the lowest rates available on the internet. If you find a lower rate available online within 24 hours from the date of your booking, we will match it and give you the choice of an additional 20 € refund per night.
Terms and Conditions for our Best Rate Guarantee Policy
Best Rate Guarantee applies to bookings that meet the following terms and conditions:
Bookings must have been made by telephone, email or through our website’s Online Booking System by clicking the BOOK NOW button.
The Best Rate Guarantee applies to the dates of stay equivalent to the dates of stay booked through the “Spyrou Hospitality Group” Online Booking System.
The Best Rate Guarantee applies to room types equivalent to the room types booked through the “Spyrou Hospitality Group” Online Booking System.
Bookings must include a meal plan equivalent to the meal plan booked though the “Spyrou Hospitality Group” Online Booking System (eg. Breakfast, Half Board, etc.).
Bookings must have been made for the same number of adults and children (same children age).
The rates must be in the same currency as the one booked through our Online Booking System.
Rates concern the same payment method (eg. credit card, bank transfer, etc).
The same cancellation policy must apply to both bookings (e.g., Early Booking Discount, Non Refundable, Stay 7 & Pay 6 offer, etc).
The rates listed on the other website must be final and include all taxes, VAT, Fees, extra charges or commissions.
Should the difference between competitive rates and our rates is less than 1%, we reserve the right to deny any claims.
Best Rate Guarantee concerns the total price of the reservation, not parts of it or certain days.
Refund claims must be in Greek or English language. In case it is in a different language or the contact form is not filled out properly, the claim might be rejected.
You must submit your claim for the rate adoption as well as for the refund within 24 hours from the booking date and at least 48 hours before your arrival at the hotel at bookings@spyrouhospitality.gr
“Spyrou Hospitality Group” reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer and the Terms and Conditions applicable to it.
The Best Rate Guarantee is not provided for:
Rates that have not been published on the Internet.
Special Promotional Offers and Deals.
Contractual Rates for Tour Operators and Travel Agencies.
Packaged prices or rates that include accommodation, tickets, transfers, car rentals, day trips, etc.
Rates for group bookings.
